Moon allows for many different ways to import and export your data. Select your Excel file, give it a name, and Moon will do the rest including creating your Site.

After creating your site, you can quickly import even more data from an Excel file. Once uploaded, Moon intelligently reads your devices and places them safe and sound into your site.

Export your data

We know how powerful Excel is. Which is why Moon allows you to export all of your data back into an Excel file. Formatted with love.

Generate PDFs

Want a more proffesional look to share? Moon allows you to generate PDF reports of your data. All with a single click of a button.

We know how important it is to dispose devices correctly. Especially with multiple devices. Moon makes it simple to do. From disposing one device, to multiple devices.

Date Tracking

Moon will automatically date when devices are removed from an organisation, to the date they were physically disposed.

Automatic Forms

Moon's disposal process includes automatic disposal form creations. Select your devices for disposal, complete the quick disposal process, and voila. A simple PDF is generated with all the information you need.

Ease of mind

Moon will store disposed devices for a period of time, including saving any generated disposal PDFs, so if you need to go back in the past to check something, Moon will have it.

Need to add devices quickly, but effectively? Moon allows you to create devices, adding makes, models, serial numbers etc, and adding multiple of them is a breeze.

Powerful Search

Our search bar appears simple, but it intelligently knows what you are after. Using keywords and matching, watch it magically filter tables with ease.

Red, Amber, Green. Simply Gold.

Moon uses a RAG system, which has Green, Amber and Red values. Our admins control what devices should be, so you can sit back and relax, knowing that your devices will have the correct RAG status, automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's some of the common questions curious minds have asked.

A site is a space we call that houses your devices for a specific organisation. Let's say you have a school called "My Best School" or MBS for short, uploading data to this organisation will create a site.

Absolutely. We keep backups for your devices, with every action that you take. If you need help recovering something, simply get in touch.

Currenty, yes. We require that your Excel data is structured in a specific way in order to import your data. Moon won't allow for data to be imported without this template. Don't worry - we are working to improve this.

When you add a device to disposal, Moon takes note of the date and time you began the process. Moon considers you adding the device to the disposal section, as you having the device in your possession, and moving it off-site. When you then complete the disposal process, another date and time is captured. Moon considers this to be when you have physically discarded the devices to another site.
